Back Studio Stomp is a welcoming environment for all levels of dancers. We are pay-what-you-can, suggested $15 for a lesson and dance, or $10 for just the dance. Our dance is Lindy Hop and Balboa focused. The lesson hour always has a drop-in friendly option, so bring your friends! Join us every Tuesday in the Back Studio at the Triangle Meeting Space (2603 S. Miami Blvd).

Location: Triangle Dance Studios - Upstairs ballroom
Time: All levels workshop 11am - 1pm, Experienced workshop 2pm-4pm
Cost: $40 for one session, $80 for both
Sara-Sofia Rentas is coming to Durham, NC!
Sara and Dee will teach a balboa workshop on September 20 at Triangle Dance Studios in the Upstairs Ballroom!
We will do two 2-hour sessions with the first being aimed at all levels of dancers (though a little experience in balboa or other swing styles would be beneficial) and a session for experienced bal dancers in the afternoon!Triangle Swing Dance Society will host a live band dance in Chapel Hill that evening, so we recommend you come to that as well!
Cost $40 for one session, $80 for both venmo @dmbalboa with what session and what role(s) you prefer to dance please contact if cost is an issue, no one will be turned away for lack of funds!
Upstairs ballroom is located in the Triangle Dance Studios complex. If you look to the right after passing the first building in the complex there is a door that leads directly to a flight of stairs, the Upstairs ballroom is up that flight of stairs. There will be signs to help show the way!
